Applecross Veterinary hospital is locally owned and operated, which sets us apart from other clinics. We understand that each pet is an individual and not all conditions are the same. We collaborate with our clients, the people that understand their pets best, in order to get a broad picture of your pets needs. Whether your pet requires a yearly preventive care exam, or you woke up to find “Fluffy” feeling not so great, we have the skills and knowledge to keep your pet healthy and happy.

Our Mission : Why we do what we do
Each of us has their own reason why we entered the field of Veterinary Medicine. Maybe it was the family dog that was always there for us as a kid. Or the orphaned baby rabbit we found and nursed back to health. At the base of all our “why’s” are the animals. Why do we do what we do? We want to see our patients walking side by side with their owners, playing fetch or curled up on their lap. We want to see all the snuggles, purrs, licks, head buts and tail wags. We love animals and the bond they create with their owners. They enrich our lives. We do what we do in order to serve and protect the human-animal bond, by ensuring you have a happy and healthy pet.
