Born and raised in Victoria, Dr. Lamb graduated in 2003 from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatoon. She then completed an internship at a busy surgical/emergency center in Los Angeles. Upon completion of her internship, she returned to Canada and worked at a small animal practice in BC then spent six years as the head of the small animal department at a busy mixed animal practice in Winnipeg. She moved back to the island in 2012 and is excited to be a practicing veterinarian on the island again. Dr. Lamb’s interests are in preventive medicine, knowing that finding a problem…before it’s a problem…is key to a healthy life. Dr Lamb keeps busy with her 3 children, cats (Katji and Twist), and three dogs (Stella, Lucy, and Penny). When not at the clinic she can be found exploring the back country with friends and dogs.
